To all of our wonderful customers,
These are uncertain and unprecedented times and our thoughts are with each and every one of you. Like yourselves, we have started the journey to navigate this unpredictable and difficult path – and we wanted to set out some of the measures that we have put in place across the business.
Our stores are now open with Hand Sanitiser on entry and contactless payments. Our website is always open and deliveries are being fulfilled with doorstep drops.
Where possible, we have put in place the ability for all our staff to work from home, with the exception of a small team of warehouse staff. We will continue to ship orders but have the following procedures in place for our reduced warehouse team.
- Temperature checking
- N95 face masks and gloves to be worn throughout the day
- Handwashing on arrival and departure from work – plus at all break times
- Morning and evening deep cleans
We are doing everything we can to protect both you, our precious customers, and our incredible team. We understand that you may have other questions and have tried to cover as much as we can below but please do get in touch if we can help or guide you in any way.
Can I still place an order?
Absolutely – as mentioned, you can still shop via our website and our reduced warehouse team (who are adhering to the strictest of measures) will be packing your order.
Will my delivery be affected?
No, all couriers are still running a timely service – but we will update you personally if your delivery is affected in any way.
If I’m self-isolating, can I still get my delivery?
Yes! We will still send your delivery out as per usual but will absolutely adhere to any special requests at the point of delivery. If you do have any special requirements then please let us know via the ‘special instructions’ box on your online order.
Can I still contact your customer service team?
Yes, our team are all at home – but we are all connected and remain available for any queries.
We will get through this together by being kind, keeping healthy, and staying connected virtually with friends and loved ones.
