Last order dates for Guaranteed Christmas Delivery
The last order date for Large Furniture delivery is midday on 10ᵗʰ December.
The last order date for Standard delivery is midday on 19ᵗʰ December.
The last order date for Next Day delivery is midday 22nd December.
Please be aware that our office and warehouse will be closed from December 24th to January 2nd to give our team a well-deserved break before an exciting year ahead. Our website will remain open and orders will continue to be processed, ready for speedy dispatch in the New Year.

UK Mainland Standard Delivery
Up to £100 → £4.99 delivery charge
£100 and above → Free Delivery
Standard Delivery arrives within just 2-3 working days.
UK Mainland Next Day Delivery
Next working day delivery → £10.00 delivery charge
Orders placed before noon will arrive the next working day, orders placed after noon will arrive the following working day.
Large items which require a courier service are not eligible for Next Day delivery, neither are baskets that contain items on Pre-Order.
UK Large/Fragile Delivery
Large or Fragile items require a specialist delivery service from our couriers. Delivery can take up to 2 weeks, however our delivery company will contact you within 3-5 working days to arrange a convenient delivery date. Upon delivery, our courier will place the item in the room of your choice and remove all packaging if you wish.
Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Mann and Northern Ireland, and Republic of Ireland
We are presently unable to deliver outside of the UK Mainland, however if you have your heart set on one of our pieces do let us know and we’ll happily look into it. Just pop an email over to shop@one.world with your delivery address and the item(s) you love.
Alternatively you’re welcome to arrange your own collection service from our warehouse in Chessington (KT9 1TT), or we can deliver to your forward shipper anywhere within UK Mainland.
Europe and the Rest of the World
We are unable to deliver to your location. You are welcome to arrange your own service to collect from our Chessington warehouse (KT9 1TT), or we can deliver to your forward shipper anywhere within UK Mainland.
What is your return policy?
You are welcome to return any item providing that it was delivered within the last 30 days and all original packaging is intact. You will need to get it safely back to our Head Office.

- 10% charge on all deliveries below £2500 and a fixed £75 contribution on duty charges
- Free delivery for all orders over £2500 and we will cover the duties

Returns
Do you accept returns?
Sadly, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on trade orders – but hopefully this shouldn’t matter and you love our pieces as much as we do.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you are no longer able to cancel or amend the order.
What if an item is damaged when I receive it?
We hope this won’t be the case – but if you do happen to receive any damaged items then please fill out our online claims form and submit it to us within 7 days of receipt of your delivery. We do also require images of any items that are damaged.
Please note claims received after 7 days will not be accepted.
When will I get my order?
Our delivery times depend largely on when you place your order. We try to pick all orders within a few days of you placing your order – but this can sometimes vary depending on stock availability, and busier times of the year (often in and around trade fairs). We will try and keep you informed when our warehouses are at their peak and deliveries are slower than we would like.
Please note our two man delivery service can take up to 3 weeks depending on your location.
Where is the Chessington Warehouse?
If you selected Free Pickup from our Chessington Warehouse at checkout. The team will be in touch to book a collection time with you.
Collections will not be available unless you have arranged a booking time with the warehouse. Unfortunately you will be turned away if you attempt to collect outside of your arranged time slot.
